Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders $100+ in Victoria, Australia including subscription orders. Unfortunately, due to being a small business based in Victoria we cannot offer free shipping on interstate monthly subscriptions at this stage. For one-time purchases, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time:
- Metro Areas: 2-5 business days
- Regional Areas: 3-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays or public holidays.
3. Subscription Orders
- BubEase subscription boxes are delivered on a monthly schedule. You’ll receive a notification email with tracking details once your box has been shipped.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.
5. Undeliverable Packages
- If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other issues, our team will contact you to confirm or update your shipping details. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending your order.
6. Missing or Damaged Items
- If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bubease.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
7. International Shipping
- At this time, BubEase only ships within Australia. We look forward to expanding our delivery zones in the future!
8. Changes to Shipping Information
- If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us at info@bubease.com.au at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
